Trade and Investment

The trade and investment unit is a specialist response team, aimed at giving foreign investors world class legal advice related to greenfield and subsisting investments cutting across all sectors of the economy. The unit is headed by the firm's co-founder and Senior Partner, Canaan Farirai Dube, a pioneer and renowned investment lawyer and corporate leader.

Corporate Governance

Our firm is well equipped and experienced in dealing with corporate governance matters having advised several public entities on the compliance requirements as dictated by the Public Entities Corporate Governance Act, [Chapter 10:33] and other relevant laws. Mr Canaan F. Dube, regularly facilitates and chairs workshops on corporate governance issues both in Zimbabwe and in the Southern Africa Region focusing, inter alia, on corporate governance principles, roles and responsibilities of directors and ethical leadership. He has, to date, been involved in corporate governance training to various institutions.
